The company was distinguished as a Leading PME in 2008, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

 

It was also distinguished with the prestigious title of PME Excelência, in the years 2000, 2001, 2009 and 2017.

A brand with history

Realfio® was born due to its founders’ ambition to be the solution to the market existing needs regarding sewing, embroidery and footwear threads. More importantly, its founders wanted Realfio to be a long-lasting consolidated solution.

Monitoring customer needs is of most importance for the company. Realfio® brand products include synthetic, natural and cellulosic fibers, as well as a sustainable range, namely recycled and organic fiber threads.

In order to complement clientele service both at the main warehouse and the branches located in various parts of the country, Realfio has at its customers disposal a vast network of sellers, available every day of the week.

This chain covers the main geographical areas of the textile sector of the north and the center of the country.

Always working in a sustainable way, the commitment to continuously improve has been a priority for Realfio, in order to guarantee the excellence of its products.

Technical and technological investment has therefore been permanent in Realfio history.

Associate

Ridi's production and commercialization of zippers began at the facilities of Realfio, assumed as a diversification strategy. This business opportunity was boosted by the relationship between the company and the Albert Zips brand.

Ridi was founded in 1995 as an independent company and, in 2002, it was transferred to its own premises.

This strategic decision has become the leverage for the production of products with higher quality, diversification and consequent growth.

The associate has the certification of non-use of dangerous components in the manufacture of its products (standard 100, class I, by Oeko-Tex®) and the accreditation as a Quality certified company (ISO 9001 referential).

As a corollary of these procedures, Ridi was awarded as an Excellence SME in the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017

Ridi outstands as one of the main national players, with a growing international presence.
